How to participate in the survey?
First of all, open the above survey website in your web browser on your computer or other devices. On the landing page, you need to select your language and store location to begin the survey. It supports many European languages, including Denmark, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Portugal, Spain, Turkish and more.
On the next page, select the date and time you visited to the store. Then you’ll be given a list of survey questions regarding your experience. For example: Were you satisfied with the sale associate? Were you satisfied with the items that you ordered? How likely are you to visit C&A again? Would you recommend C&A to your friends and family? Just answer the questions and give your rating based on your true thought.
At the end of the survey, it will show you a question about C&A. If you would like to win a €500 Gift Card for your next purchase, just answer the question to continue. Then you need to provide your contact information to receive your entry. If you don’t like to participate, select the “I do no wish to participate” option.
Finally, you need to choose which campaign you would like to let The C&A Foundation to donate. Select it and click on the “Finish” button to complete the survey.
